Our rewire was done very professionally and in good time. The workers were attentive and skilled. They were happy to work within our budget.

I chose Electric11 to supply and install our home battery based on their Google reviews, and they certainly lived up to them. Tim knew his stuff on the survey visit and then Chris and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation. The new Fox battery is working well and easy to control with the app. The guys at Electric11 also have access to our battery via the app so they can check everything is working correctly. That shows a level of care for their customers which is probably a good part of why they have so many five star reviews. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience all round from Dhalia and the team. The engineer turned up on time, undertook the inpsection with professionalism and issued the report es expected. I will definitely use Electric 11 in future.

This was not the first time we have used Electric 11 and previously they did a good job. Despite booking a month in advance for a number of additional indoor sockets and two more outside lights in our new home. it was a very poor service. Day 1 the electrician didn’t have the right equipment ( boxes and trunking) and left site altogether to go to another job- saying he didn’t have enough cable for our work He returned 2 days later but this time didn’t have the junction boxes to do the lights. Annoyed angry snd frustrated - we will look elsewhere to get the job finished.

Excellent job done by extremely efficient and very friendly electrician. Arrived on time and worked really well and quickly in terrible torrential rain to fit an outside security light. Good communications with company concerning the work we needed doing. Would recommend and definitely use again.
