  Urgent EICR

  Spencer from Elec SP carried out an EICR at short notice as we had a tenant waiting to move into a new property. Spencer quoted a very reasonable price and went out the next day to action the work. One or two issues were found but he rectified them and kept us informed of the costs before proceeding. We are very happy with how quickly the work was carried out and also the high standard and reasonable price. As a letting agent, it is very important that electrical work is fully compliant to ensure that landlord insurance remains valid. A great job! Thank you from Keystone Homes
