  Rectified existing connections that previous builder did not complete to standards

  Brilliant service received. Kept well informed all the way. Constant communication and explained everything in details. Very punctual too. Did not have to chase for anything and completed job within given timeframe considering my existing firework was a complete mess and left very dangerously by previous builder! Spencer diagnosed and rectified the issues.

  Spencer competed an EICR on a property that I let in Nuneaton. He was really accommodating with dates to undertake the checks to suit all parties, completed the checks on time, produced the report really quickly, and was competitively priced. Would definitely contact Spencer again for any other work that was needed.
