I contacted Spencer on the 12th of December to get an EICR for the property we are in the process of buying. Although it was last-minute, he managed to get time on Monday to inspect the property as he was shutting down for Christmas the following day. He gave us all the information about the state of the electric installation of the property and accurate quotes for the work which needs to be carried out. We will definitely get back in touch with him in the future and we recommend his services. 💯

I had an issue with my lights, he communicated well and was able to come quickly and diagnose the issue.

Spencer and his team are what you truly call professional engineers I required some urgent work carried out at our rental property for a tenant to move in. And Spencer was able to accommodate me and was able to pick up keys from our estate agent to do the works and handed back the keys back without no stress for us due to not living close by. I have truly found an independent worker that values customer service.

Spencer from Elec SP carried out an EICR at short notice as we had a tenant waiting to move into a new property. Spencer quoted a very reasonable price and went out the next day to action the work. One or two issues were found but he rectified them and kept us informed of the costs before proceeding. We are very happy with how quickly the work was carried out and also the high standard and reasonable price.
