Work was perfect, well communicated and came back to fit a part that he didn’t have to hand within 48 hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Installed a new sink and pedastool for us. We are really happy with the work done. Good communication throughout, professional and friendly.

Excellent communication from start to finish, suggested I get a replacement tap before the visit incase it needed replacing. Tap did need replacement so this saved a repeat visit. Toilet fixed without any new parts, so just labour costs there, so spent less than I thought it was going to be. Will definitely use Edd again.

Unknown leak in Ensuite. Originally thought likely be shower but due shower not being used in week unlikely still be leaking. Further investigation showed damp around toilet and wood behind the toilet was damp so required the pan connector nedding replaced. Hopefully that fixed the leak and just need to fix the issues that the leak has damaged after drying out the moisture in the room.

Organised and responsive. Considers the problem and circumstances and suggests the best course of action... and gets on with it. Plumbing as it should be.
