Osama Abu Qasem- Major problems with this guy and would not under any circumstances recommend or use again, these included - twice leaving job for tools while on the clock - insistence on cash only , which increased substantially and insisted on staying longer and returning following day. - claiming he need to phone boss, he owns it - claimed otherparts unconnected to repair where broken and needed repaired, completely false.
