Osama Abu Qasem- Major problems with this guy and would not under any circumstances recommend or use again, these included - twice leaving job for tools while on the clock - insistence on cash only , which increased substantially and insisted on staying longer and returning following day. - claiming he need to phone boss, he owns it - claimed otherparts unconnected to repair where broken and needed repaired, completely false. Finished silicone a mess, didn’t screw toilet to floor, overall work very poor. Absolutely an unprofessional tradesman. Do not touch

Punctual and fixed the issue same day. Even coming back at 7pm once things had dried to do the painting just to have things tidied up in one day.
