  Kitchen extension and listed property renovation

  I’m extremely pleased with the work carried out to extend and refit my kitchen. As my property is listed, the project required a high level of attention to detail to adhere to the planning restrictions which was no problem for the team. This included finding specialist contractors to renovate degraded brickwork and sourcing replacement windows in line with the original building. I’m delighted with the finished result and now have a space I love which has retained as many original features as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Eden Facilities to anyone.

  Smooth, fast and well-informed

  Sonny has been a godsend to us on our project. He's bringing the project in under budget, gives us regular updates and is running the project very smoothly. The guys on site are all well-informed on what's going on and when and have a very professional attitude. I highly recommend him.

  Bathroom fitting

  We took Eden on because they were so enthusiastic about the job. Their subcontractors did an amazing job of the decking, and outhouse structure. Unfortunately Eden have left us with a bathroom which is unusable. A shower which doesn’t work, and a toilet which is useless. We spent a fortune, but were repeatedly told that it was all our fault for having too small a budget. We’ve spent every penny we had, and more, to now have to make good of the damage that Eden have done. It’s going to cost us loads more money. And they were extremely rude to us.

  We must clarify that Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD did not carry out or contract for the bathroom works referred to. These works were arranged independently by a former Project Manager who is no longer part of our team and were not completed under an Eden quotation or contract. We therefore cannot accept responsibility for the bathroom installation or the alleged defects and feel it is important that this distinction is made clear publicly.
