  The Eden team carried out an extension and garden works for my mother and father and did a great job. The team handled everything from start to finish with real attention to detail and delivered a great service. We’ll definitely be using them again for future family projects.

  Highly recommended for project work and smaller pieces of work

  We have known Eden for a couple of years now and they have delivered a number of pieces of work for us at the pub that we own. Every time we’ve use them, they have shared the pricing upfront and it’s always been reasonable and even if I have approached the subject of offering a better price they have calmly and intelligently either negotiated with me and bought the price down slightly or said, I’m afraid we can’t and still delivered the same great result. They always show up on time I always reliable and always deliver exactly what they say they’re gonna do I would highly recommend.

  Avoid - one of the worst contractors I have used

  Used for a property refurbishment (mainly plumbing and tiling). Multiple defects and snagging issues after completion. These were acknowledged in person but later denied, leaving me to resolve them myself with a competent contractor. Sonny then attempted to charge over £1,000 extra with no agreed variation or breakdown, despite the scope being included in the estimate and issues outstanding. The invoice was cancelled and the court claim struck out. Overall, Sonny demonstrates an inability to manage projects, lack of control over subcontractors and poor handling of issues when they arise.

  We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not fairly reflect the project. The works were carried out from an estimate quotation, not a fixed-price contract, and included PC sums for electrical and plumbing works, which were subject to final costing. During the project, communication became difficult and members of our staff were spoken to in a rude manner, which made them feel uncomfortable on site. We strongly dispute the allegations made, and the additional invoice related only to final electrical costs, not unagreed extras. We chose not to pursue proceedings any further in court.

  Brilliant company who saved the day!

  Absolutely brilliant company who helped my family out of a near impossible situation. My sister was moving house and needed a plumber to change a WC which could only be done on the day of the move. The plumber lined up pulled out on the morning. Sonny at Eden found a fantastic guy called Luan, who came the same day and stayed late, until the job was done. He was capable, helpful, friendly, willing and able to do anything that needed doing, including not only the plumbing, also making good with plaster, running in and out for missing parts, even a minor electrical job. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Wow Don’t normally sign up to feedback and groups that post recommendations But I can whole heartedly recommend these guys. From day one nothing was too much trouble and will definitely be back again when we move to the next house rebuild project. Top guys and genuinely professional to the core
