Used for a property refurbishment (mainly plumbing and tiling). Multiple defects and snagging issues after completion. These were acknowledged in person but later denied, leaving me to resolve them myself with a competent contractor.
Sonny then attempted to charge over £1,000 extra with no agreed variation or breakdown, despite the scope being included in the estimate and issues outstanding. The invoice was cancelled and the court claim struck out.
Overall, Sonny demonstrates an inability to manage projects, lack of control over subcontractors and poor handling of issues when they arise.

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not fairly reflect the project. The works were carried out from an estimate quotation, not a fixed-price contract, and included PC sums for electrical and plumbing works, which were subject to final costing. During the project, communication became difficult and members of our staff were spoken to in a rude manner, which made them feel uncomfortable on site. We strongly dispute the allegations made, and the additional invoice related only to final electrical costs, not unagreed extras. We chose not to pursue proceedings any further in court.
