Edd responded quickly and did a great job. He even attended my tenant’s flat on the next day for checking the required parts of the Hansgrohe mixer. Appropriate repair method had been suggested and the work was completed once my tenant is available. Would recommend to anyone who needs a peace of mind for plumbing work

Quick & punctual. Price agreed for job. Unfortunately a tile broke (known risk) the leak found & fixed. Job took longer as 4 tiles needed to be removed rather than 1 (Not sure how access would have been possible with removing only 1 tile). Edd looked for replacement tiles & found similar ones. Ed followed on to quote an extra £193 for the 4 tiles, cutting tool & adhesive to complete the job. I found this ridiculous, the only extra I should be paying for is 4 tiles. rest should have been covered by quote of £400. Paid £320 for work done as I cannot justify +£273 to buy & attach 4 tiles.
