  leak in floor of bathroom. source unknown. Remove tiles, find leak, fix, reattach tiles

  Quick & punctual. Price agreed for job. Unfortunately a tile broke (known risk) the leak found & fixed. Job took longer as 4 tiles needed to be removed rather than 1 (Not sure how access would have been possible with removing only 1 tile). Edd looked for replacement tiles & found similar ones. Ed followed on to quote an extra £193 for the 4 tiles, cutting tool & adhesive to complete the job. I found this ridiculous, the only extra I should be paying for is 4 tiles. rest should have been covered by quote of £400. Paid £320 for work done as I cannot justify +£273 to buy & attach 4 tiles.
