Yet another fantastic experience with the ECS team. 1 WhatsApp message and I get a rapid response, quick scheduling to diagnose the problem, then final visit to install new part. Each time, the communication was spot on and the engineer arrived on time and was super polite / knowledgeable and cleared up after himself. ECS carried our annual service to our ASHP system with efficiency on time and economically. This without asking engineer made adjustments to settings that was considered to be beneficial to its operation.
