ECS have exceeded our expectations although we had received personal recommendations. The work to install a heat pump and central heating pipework in a home with many very tight spaces went so well. Very hot work crawling in tight loft spaces in a heatwave but never a moan from Matt who was with us throughout He . was curteous polite and cheery and cleaned up every day. He talked us through every stage. We couldn't have asked for a better installer, thank you.

Really glad I had our very old air conditioning replaced on 5 June. The ECS engineer arrived before 8am and stayed until the job was finished at 6:45pm on a Friday. He was neat and tidy, very polite and respectful of our home and had a positive and professional attitude all day. The Samsung Air Con Unit is really quiet and has lots of useful features that our old one didn't have. Usually Air Con in a confined space for a prolonged period irritates my nasal passages, so I feel like I have a cold, but the drier air output has not had the same effect and I am much more comfortable. Great job!

Noticed a small leak from a air return valve in the air-cupboard during the evening. ( I am aware that this valve can go after a while, in our case, 15 years, my son had the same issue). I rang ECS the following morning and was ask to send them an image of the problem. The call out was going to be the next day, however we then received a call to say that an engineer would visit later in the afternoon..same day, which was extremely helpful. Matt the engineer was very quick and efficient and applied a numb er of checks to the system to give it the all clear. The final bill was less than expected
