As usual ECS are very professional. They investigated my two issues. Fixed one issue and need to order parts for the shower issue. Invoices are clear and pictures included before and after the work done for reference.

Excellent service on 23/01/26. Gas boiler had been diagnosed, by a different contractor, as requiring spare parts to fix a defect, though the quote I received was for a replacement boiler - very expensive. ECS (based nearby) gave me a totally different diagnosis, resulting in the engineer fixing the fault within an hour. No spare parts or new boiler. An overdue Service will complete necessary maintenance when convenient. Result is warm house again after a week of cold, all due to good engineering knowledge and practice. Well pleased and big cost avoided.

Our boiler went wrong on Christmas eve, No heating no hot water!! ECS were amazing, despite being closed they came out within the hour and got our boiler going for us. They then came back today to fit new parts. They are very efficient and customer service is fabulous. Will not be using anyone else in the future They are the best!

My hot water cylinder heating coil split in the run up to Christmas. Despite an already heavy workload, ECS did everything they could to get our heating (and some additional work) fully up and running before Christmas Day - including working through Christmas Eve. The engineers were fantastic, and the support staff all polite and efficient. I would definitely use again, and will recommend ECS to anyone who asks me. Thank you all - a great job.
