    Hot water cylinder replacement

    Called ECS initially for an emergency call out due to leaking hot water tank. Attended promptly & did temporary fix then returned to replace cylinder a few days later. Both the initial engineer & Joe who carried out the new cylinder installation were very polite, efficient & thorough. Seemed confident & knowledgeable. Initial call handling also good.

    Replacing oil fired central heating and hot water with air source heat pump.

    Replacing your heating system is a big job and everyone at ECS worked to make it go as smoothly and efficiently as possible, right from initial enquiry to the first hot shower. The front office team - Ross, Georgina, Nathan - were always super helpful and responsive and the installation team - Nigel, Tom and Ant were brilliant. They were courteous, communicative, professional, tidy and worked hard the entire 2 week job, accommodating all our requests - even helping us get furniture back into place. I have no hesitation in recommending ECS.

    Leaking water pipe in ceiling

    I was in a total panic when I rang ECS Plumbing. My bedroom floor was a puddle and the tongue and groove ceiling dripping. Despite being fully booked they managed to contact Tom Lidden who was working in Waterlooville on a job and arranged for him to alter his schedule and come to me as an emergency visit. He actually arrived less than an hour later having finished his previous job early. He identified the problem. Spent time working out how to get to the leak with as little damage as possible to the ceiling panels. He fixed the leak and explained what had happened. He was excellent

    Domestic gas boiler routine service

    The engineer was prompt, kowledgeable, efficient and was able to carry out the work merely having to visit the company base to obtain a gaskett from HQ stores. Being able to watch the work being carried out helped understand how the boiler worked and also the the need for regular servicing. I would recommend ECS certainly for boiler servicing.

    Tap fitting

    Matt was very thorough and efficient. New taps were fitted and checked and the bathrooms were left neat and tidy. Communication was good too.
