Extremely efficient and helpful. Rang in morning to say no heating or hot water and Hayley had an engineer (Tom) with me that afternoon who identified problem. He fixed system and replaced part from stock in his van. Marvellous service.

Anthony came and fixed our boiler due to a sticking valve. He gave us options but we chose to replace rather than mend. Anthony was helpful, explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend your company to my family and friends going forward, in fact we will be booking our boiler service for January with you soon

Yet another fantastic experience with the ECS team. 1 WhatsApp message and I get a rapid response, quick scheduling to diagnose the problem, then final visit to install new part. Each time, the communication was spot on and the engineer arrived on time and was super polite / knowledgeable and cleared up after himself. Always a pleasure dealing with this company... 5-stars!
