From office to the tradesmen everybody I dealt with superb - professional and friendly, knowledgeable, polite and competent. Before the work started I was a bit anxious about having a number of strangers having free range in the house BUT all of the tradesmen have been outstanding. They were all personable, polite and friendly, extremely capable, efficient and expert in their work. They made the inevitable disruption much easier to cope with for the duration of the work and showed absolute respect for my property. From our first point of contact with the office staff at Economy Energy Group (Lauren and Danielle) through to the installers and electricians (Brad and Steve) the company was excellent. Any questions we had were dealt with promptly and on completion a full solar installation certification pack was sent out immediately. ECONOMY ENERGY GROUP - Were absolutely 1st class from start to finish. The customer service experience was the best we've received & nothing was too much trouble. EEG went above and beyond to resolve any issues or queries we had and kept us updated every step of the way & also the aftercare again is superb! All surveyors, plumbers, electricians and solar fitters were again very competent, professional, polite, consciousness, clean and quick when installing a brand-new heating system, heat pump, solar panels and batteries.
