At ECOnomy Energy Group, we're on a mission to take away all the confusion.

We're a team of electricians and roofers, working from West Wales to the West of England, and this is our 5-part promise to you:

1: We will give you all the answers you need.

We'll carry out a free and frank assessment, surveying your home and your energy bills to give you a fixed cost and savings forecast – fully bespoke to reflect your property, location and lifestyle.

2: We won't get technical… unless you want to get into the nuts and bolts!

There'll be no jargon, just a plain English explanation of how it's all going to work and what it's going to mean for you day to day.

3: We'll make sure you go into this with both eyes open.

Your cost will be fixed in writing. Your funding options will be set out clearly. And your savings forecast will be conservative – a minimum expectation, so you can set your budget safely.

Typically, that means savings of 70%, but we'll know more when we explore your energy use.

4: We will do our level best to save you money from day one.

In other words, we aim to find you funding that will keep your repayments low, so the cost is more than covered by your monthly savings. The numbers are different for everyone, but this will be our goal in building your solar package.

5: Finally, and most important – we are not here to “sell” you solar.

We're here to give you the info you need and the space to decide in your own good time. (We don't employ sales agents – only solar experts.)
