From our first point of contact with the office staff at Economy Energy Group (Lauren and Danielle) through to the installers and electricians (Brad and Steve) the company was excellent. Any questions we had were dealt with promptly and on completion a full solar installation certification pack was sent out immediately. It was good to deal with a company that has such an efficient and well organised team of staff.

ECONOMY ENERGY GROUP - Were absolutely 1st class from start to finish. The customer service experience was the best we've received & nothing was too much trouble. EEG went above and beyond to resolve any issues or queries we had and kept us updated every step of the way & also the aftercare again is superb! All surveyors, plumbers, electricians and solar fitters were again very competent, professional, polite, consciousness, clean and quick when installing a brand-new heating system, heat pump, solar panels and batteries. AWD went over and above to help us withe installation of the solar panels and battery storage. Anthony,Danielle were very supportive and knowledgeable as were all the other tradesmen that visited the hall . The committee would recommend them 100%.
