  I had a fantastic experience with the team at eco heat wave in January 2025! I needed a combi replacement and I also wanted to move the boiler location so it was in an easier/more accessible spot in my flat. The team were brilliant from start to finish, communicated clearly, transparent with their pricing and also offered me a range of options including Hive which was exactly what I wanted. Job was completed in good time, and finished to a high standard - one year on still working perfectly and would absolutely use them again and have recommended to friends and family!

  Very quick response. Came say day as we posted the job, ordered part and came back two days later to fix. Good communication, knowledgable,a pleasure to deal with.

  I contacted this company on 10/25/2025 and arrived for the inspection, they took instructions on the work to be done and we agreed that they would give me the price of the work within a few days... we arrived today after well over a month that they disappeared without any communication... it is not a professional manner from a company... I am truly disappointed.

  Amazing service, great guys!

  EcoHeatWave installed a new boiler for me, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. The job ended up taking longer than expected, but the guys stayed super kind, patient, and hard-working the whole way through. They kept me updated, made sure everything was done properly, and didn’t cut corners just to rush it. Really genuine people who care about doing a good job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a boiler installed.
