  Zaher was very quick to reply to my request for a quote for a boiler service and a replacement thermostat. A few days later Zaher and his colleague turned up to do the work, they were very polite, friendly and did a great job 😊

  replaced gasket to stop leak, carried out service and replaced old parts

  let me know exactly what the problem was, what new parts would be required during service (it was long overdue) showed me invoice for parts and cost and total breakdown of all costs, let me know that they did not replace one part due to risk and booked me in for service the following year
