Prompt arrival, friendly service, clear on what they did.

Eco Heat Wave Ltd did a brilliant job replacing my boiler. The team was professional, polite, and completed the work in just one day. They gave excellent advice on the right system for my home, explained everything clearly, and left the place spotless. They were also really responsive to my messages, even after the job was done. From decision to installation, it took just a few days. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

Zaher and his team at Eco Heat Wave were excellent. Initial appointment was on time, well communicated, and Zaher was polite and courteous. After the appointment, he text through a range of options for a replacement boiler and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Once I made the decision to proceed, my new boiler was ordered and installed quickly, within only a few days. For the install, Zaher and his team again showed up when they said they would, they worked without break to get the full install done in a day. They were friendly, tidy, and professional. Highly recommended.

My experience was good

The Eco Heat team were amazing from start to finish. My boiler was aged and broken, and I needed to switch from a water tank to combi- on top of that I wanted to move the boiler location to give myself more room in the kitchen. The team were so helpful, replied quickly, gave me lots of options and worked hard & fast to get the job done in a day. They left the place clean and tidy and went the extra mile in helping me instal my hive thermostat too. Highly recommended

Called out on a Saturday afternoon due to boiler breaking. Arrived very quickly but unfortunately boiler wasn't repairable. New boiler order and installed a few days later. Very quick, good communication as was still receiving texts and emails well into the night.
