EcoHeatWave installed a new boiler for me, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. The job ended up taking longer than expected, but the guys stayed super kind, patient, and hard-working the whole way through. They kept me updated, made sure everything was done properly, and didn’t cut corners just to rush it. Really genuine people who care about doing a good job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a boiler installed.

The service request was quickly followed up. Extremely pleased with the annual service provided for my oil boiler and the replacement of a zone valve. The The engineer was on time, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

Zaher was very quick to reply to my request for a quote for a boiler service and a replacement thermostat. A few days later Zaher and his colleague turned up to do the work, they were very polite, friendly and did a great job 😊
