First time using Ecoheat. My boiler needed a 5 year service. Booking the by phone was simple. The appointment was next day and the engineers turned up on time. The two lads were very professional and did a thorough job on the boiler. They left everything clean and tidy. My boiler is working better now than when it was 1st installed, and the annoying vibration that has persisted for the last 4 years has gone! Great job. Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service. We were very grateful that even though they were busy, they managed to fit us in quickly, as we have two very young children at home. The lady in the office is lovely and super helpful. We had two different guys come out, initially to assess the problem and then to fit a new part and they were both really polite, and informative, and left everywhere tidy after completing the job. I would definitely use Ecoheat again.
