During the annual gas safety check the inspector discovered a gas leak on the gas meter outside. He immediately contacted academy to report it on my behalf and capped the gas supply until the engineers arrived.

The initial phone call to the office was very reassuring. I was told I would receive a quote later in the day, which I received and the new unit was ordered and fitted when agreed. Great quality service from the engineer who attended who spent time going through it. All in all, great quality service from a company who are a pleasure to deal with.

Very professional service, prompt, courteous staff. Mike who did most of the work was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job, working late on first day to ensure we had a working system before he left for home.

Really glad i found Ecoheat. Always make time for you, great at servicing the boiler, neat and tidy, even reminds you to provide the boiler booklet so he can fill it to ensure your warranty is intact. Showed me photos of the state of the boiler serviced parts before and after servicing. Will always stick to Ecoheat for my boiler needs.
