  Arrived on time with a well equipped van. Very thorough examination and explanation of the problem and repair work required. Quote given and complete job finished by the end of the next day. I would highly recommend this operator

  Blocked toilet

  I have used EcoFlow in the past and we had another blockage in a different part of the drain. Karl came within the time he said he would. Unblocked the drain and then found another issue. He explained clearly what needed to done. I got a quote straight away and he said he could do it there and then. With part of the drive having to be dug up, I was a little apprehensive, but it was all unfounded. Karl kept me informed, showed me everything he was doing. There were no hidden costs and he put everything back as he had found it. Job well done.

  Slow draining of water

  Wayne and the team communicated clearly, a camera was used so I could see the issues with the drains myself which was really helpful, especially as some expensive remedial work is required but Im confident the company will be able to do this and as they are local they can provide me with a 10 year guarantee..
