They made an appointment very promptly, and the worker arrived on time; he was able to solve the immediate problem and make a suggestion about how to solve it longer-term, which I may yet take up.

They were very quick to respond to to our advert. They kept us up to date when the work was being completed and also when they had to go and get the part that was needed. The man who came to fix the issue was very polite and cheerful. He also used everyday language that I could understand with regards to the issue. Would definitely recommend this company.
