10 Would totally recommend Eco Flame. Fixed my boiler on the coldest day! Lifesaver!

On the coldest day this year, my boiler decided to konk out, no hot water or heating. Adam managed to fit me in that day, and fixed the problem in under an hour. First checked to see if there was a blockage, and then identified that it needed a new part, which he had to hand in his tool bag. Lifesaver! Can't recommend more highly. Eco Flame were recommended to us by a British Gas heating engineer and they certainly delivered. First contact was with Adam. He was polite, efficient and booked our repair slot. Our problem wasn't an emergency but he still had engineer Dan with us first thing the next morning. Dan was prompt, knowledgeable and kept us informed of the problem and solution options at all times. All fixed and working perfectly now. Invoice (fair price) was with us via email within minutes and was easy to make payment.
