from start to finish Adam and team were professional, punctual and communication was brilliant. the installation of the new boiler was first class as was the power flush of the system and servicing of all elements of the system.

We called Adam when we noticed our boiler was dripping water . He answered on our first call and assisted my husband over the phone to try and identify the problem . Once identified, Adam then advised he would order the part and make a time to come round and fit it .. which he did and he came when he said he would .. The issue was fixed but he then identified a second potentially more serious issue and fixed that straight away too … great service again from Adam at Eco Flame . Used before for boiler service and leaking taps in the kitchen .. again he helped us find the issue on the phone !

Adam assisted initially when we had a leak on our heating system on Saturday evening and advised how to stop it. He came the next day with a replacement part and it was sorted out without any issues. Would very much recommend Eco for any plumbing or heating works.
