    Professional and friendly service

    Dan was an absolute star and sorted out the boiler issue instantly and also quick to reply to wassap question I sent him. A truly professional but friendly company who I would recommend to anyone and everyone ! If you need a new boiler or service Adam, Dan and the team are the best you could ask for.

    Great Service & go above and beyond to help.

    Been using Ecoflame for several years now. They service our boiler every year. They have also installed a number of new radiators, replacing the old ones. Every time they are very efficient incredibly helpful and do a great job. Recently i’ve contacted them for urgent support as it was not kicking in correctly. They managed to fit us in at short notice and service it at the same time. Then, today Adam help me troubleshoot and diagnose an issue over the phone - it was such a simple fix not obvious to someone inexperienced - but he talked it through brilliantly. Highly recommend them.

    Boiler and water pressure issues

    Helpful, courteous, diligent and good value for money

    I had recently had a new kitchen installed and needed a gas safe engineer to install and check over the new gas hob. He arrived promptly and was courteous and helpful. On checking he discovered quite a large leak (not to do with the new hob) and was diligent in checking for the source which took a while. He explained everything to me as he went. In the end all that was needed was a new washer on the meter. I was not charged any extra for his time looking for the leak.

    Professional, friendly and reliable

    We have used Ecoflame for various plumbing and heating issues, including our regular boiler service. Adam and the team are friendly, professional and explain their work clearly - as well as giving ‘self help tips’ for resolving issues such as a toilet’s running flush.

    Very prompt response to Heating problems

    Big shout out for Adam who has visited twice this week to try & resolve boiler problems. Temporary fixes until parts obtained but thankfully some warmth restored.
