Please ignore my earlier review as it was an old woman venting as i was most upset to have an infestation & wanted a quick fix. Ecopure have contacted me to apologise that i felt alone with the invasion of pests in my home. We have reached a very amicable solution, another visit to detect any dead carcasses & a further fumigation. If unsuccessful, another visit will be arranged free of charge. The company has gone over and above to help me with the infestation. Thanks to them i can now rest easy.

I raised the job on Checkatrade and had a call from EcoCare Pest Managmenet almost straight away. We talked through the problem and together concluded it was fleas. Two visits were then arranged and so far there have been no further bites and it is believed that the issue is resolved.

Chris was fantastic - very helpful, knowledgable and reassuring in dealing with a newly found rat burrow in our garden. Very useful suggestions on keeping pests out as well as dealing with the one that had already got in. The billing / website was also very easy to use and communication about the appointments, payments etc was first class.

Really great service from start to finish. The team were professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the treatment process clearly and set realistic expectations, which was reassuring. The technician Stewart was thorough and didn’t rush the job, making sure all areas were properly treated. Since the treatment, the bed bug issue has been resolved and we’ve had no further problems. Communication throughout was excellent and they were always quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with bed bugs or pest issues.

I started experiencing bites and couldn’t figure out where they were coming from, which was pretty stressful. I contacted Ecocare and they were able to quickly identify the issue — unfortunately bedbugs. They arranged a same-day inspection of my flat and started treatment just a couple of days later. Throughout the whole process they were really informative, responsive, and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
