  Not a satisfactory repair

  A an engineer called and had a look at the vacuum cleaner - the rollers at the bottom of the cleaner were not working; he just checked the top motor was working and removed some string from the rollers and told me to wash the filter which I have done. It is still not working and I had the impression that he really did not know much about vacuum cleaners. I have been told he should have checked the connection with the motor to the bottom half of the cleaner but he did not do this. I paid £40 and still have a vacuum that does not work.
