Very professionally done

Collin is a skilled tradesperson. He communicates very well with you and arrived on time, meticulously worked and replaced the heating element of the dishwasher. He also kept us informed about the progress of his job. I would highly recommend him.

The engineer took the Dishwasher apart and told us the water pump was the faulty item and needed replacement but he didn't have one to hand. As such he couldn't resolve the issue straight away but would send a WhatsApp of the cost of the new pump. Once received at £136.99 this became a non starter and I therefore foreclosed the repair and I'd paid the £90 call out charge.
