My patio door lock has been troublesome for some time. This week it was impossible to lock the door. I contacted Easy Keys having read reviews and Duncan came round in just over an hour although he clearly had a busy day. he quoted me a price range from an easy fix to a total lock replacement. As it turned out, he was able to fix the lock. Duncan was able to respond to our telephone call within the hour, and was able to repair the external door and secure our property. He was very courteous, very professional and very tidy. For an emergency call out on a Sunday morning the price was reasonable too.
