My patio door lock has been troublesome for some time. This week it was impossible to lock the door. I contacted Easy Keys having read reviews and Duncan came round in just over an hour although he clearly had a busy day. he quoted me a price range from an easy fix to a total lock replacement. As it turned out, he was able to fix the lock. I felt he was an honest trader who communicated well at every stage I would certainly call him out again if needed..

He was prompt, worked quickly and explained clearly what the problem was and what he did to solve it

This guy is great, answered the phone and was with me within 45mins when I had an issue with our front door. He fixed this issue quickly. Great value too! Highly recommend!
