    Trustworthy tradesmen and hight quality work

    Shane and his team did an excellent job with our renovation. They was all punctual, helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The jobs they completed was to a very high standard and they kept the house clean. They are very trustworthy tradesmen and we will definetly be using them again in the future.

    Easybuilduk works completed very well as usual!

    Easybuild undertook works to the conservatory roof guttering and replaced glazing to an internal door. Both jobs were completed very well and professionally. Both of the areas were also left clean and tidy. Great work as usua!

    Rear Extension & refurbishment

    Really easy small contractor team to work with. Always very responsive to questions and queries about works. Always arrived when they said they would and if they needed to be off site for a day told me. 100% for communications & reliability. They refurbished a house for me including a rear extension on a budget. Up-cycled the existing kitchen and did a little shower room. All came out very smart. Shane is one of those guys that can do a bit of everything which is really useful on a project.

    NEW BATHROOM EXPERTLY PUT IN

    Shane created a new bathroom for me in a disused bedroom. From day 1 he was very clear, he assessed the situation, wrote a quote, stuck to his schedule and did everything he said with ease. He was so quick and had a lovely manner and the team he brought on were also super professional and nice. Very happy with the result and basically will get him to do all the work on my new home.

    Shane & his team did a great job in a not so easy space with a not so generous budget. He understood the limits of my budget and worked with me to create a good looking kitchen. Always arrived when he said he would, excellent communications. Any issues or questions were always sorted. Thanks team EB

    Bricking up of external flue hole

    I had a hole in the external wall where an old extractor flue was present. Shane provided a prompt and reasonable quote and was able to support in bricking up the hole in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend.

Furthermore, all our work is overseen by Roy Kay who by trade is a bricklayer with over 40 years’ experience coming from a family of builders, so you can be confident that your work is done correctly.
