An excellent experience from start to finish. The job involved a full strip out, partitioning (vertical and horizontal) to meet strict acoustic testing, rewire, decorating, new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and flat roof. A detailed quote provided at the beginning. Well co-ordinated job with excellent communication throughout. A very positive attitude so even when problems arose (which are inevitable on conversions), he worked quickly to resolve/develop solutions. Co-ordinated well with other trades and consultants/building regs. Good quality finish - would highly recommend.

Shane has been brilliant. Our property had a small coal shed at the end of the kitchen with a toilet that we wanted to raise the ceiling height on to match the rest of the kitchen and open the wall up to enlarge the kitchen. Shane was flexible and managed to squeeze us in before Christmas. The build quality was good and communication throughout was good. The most important point was the fact that Shane liaised with building control on the structure and got them happy right away. I would recommend Shane, he was professional throughout and the quality of his work was good.

Shane was brilliant. He quoted for a large list of works on my property, and was able to get straight on with doing the smaller jobs, while we discussed options and timings for the bigger work; which included repainting doors, sash windows, sills and render; repointing where needed across all external property and border walls, repairing old garden walls and some re rendering, and fitting doors. As it went on, inevitably I found more things that needed doing, and Shane was great with this, nothing was too much trouble. Great communication throughout, great quality of work and fair quotes.

Shane came and quoted when he said and then arranged a time to complete the work. He arrived on time and all work was completed as requested. The area was left tidy and completed for the quoted amount. The fireplace was rebuilt to resemble the ones still intact in other rooms and looks great.
