My washing machine was tripping my RCD, I called East Coast Appliances who knew what was wrong as soon as I told them the fault , they were able to advise of a rough guide price and what they thought the problem was. Doug and Tyler visited, replaced the heating element and completed the repair efficiently. They were both respectful of my home and requests. Douglas and Tyler arrived within the scheduled timeslot, and I received a text to let me know they were on their way. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance and even had the part ready on the van, offering me the choice between a genuine replacement or a more affordable alternative.
