Job location: CO3Douglas was great from start to finish. He actually diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a rough idea of the cost, which was really helpful. When he came out, he confirmed it was the drain pump, replaced it, and had the dishwasher up and running again in no time. Really straightforward, honest service and everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend East Coast Appliances Ltd and would use again without hesitation.- MMarcus M

My washing machine was tripping my RCD, I called East Coast Appliances who knew what was wrong as soon as I told them the fault , they were able to advise of a rough guide price and what they thought the problem was. Doug and Tyler visited, replaced the heating element and completed the repair efficiently. They were both respectful of my home and requests.
