Brilliant friendly experts - well done

Douglas and Tyler arrived within the scheduled timeslot, and I received a text to let me know they were on their way. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance and even had the part ready on the van, offering me the choice between a genuine replacement or a more affordable alternative. The whole experience was hassle-free, from booking to job completion. They were professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. 5 stars — I would highly recommend East Coast Appliances to anyone

The guy checked the reliability of the oven. Thankfully the oven was reliable and working well. No work needed doing. They said they would still charge. But no invoice came through so I'm giving them full marks.

called east coast appliances as my washing machine and tumble dryer had stopped working I had seen they have good reviews and they do not lie. they pre diagnosed both of my machines over the phone and my washing machine I could do myself and saved me an extra charge but the tumble dryer I could not so they gave me an estimate over the phone and it was very well priced the engineers Doug and Tyler arrived within 2 days of the call within the 2 hour time slot and was very professional and fixed my tumble dryer within 45 minutes I am very happy with the service provided and will recommend to fri
