  Immersion Element Replacement

  Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Managed to get a quote very quickly for the repair I needed. When they arrived they cracked on, I cannot fault their work. They also happily answered some other plumbing questions I had which were not directly involved in the replacement of the heating element of my immersion heater. Will use them again in the future!

  Leaking wash basin

  Polite and very helpful done the job with no mess. Took a photo to show me the cracked pipe. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Also helped me out with a problem with the toilet that I had for which I was very grateful. I will be keeping his number incase I ever need a plumber in future and that I can pass on to anyone I know.

  Leaking pipe

  I am a first time customer who called for an emergency leak problem and they came very quickly, understood the problem and went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service and help. They were very patient, friendly and excellent at their work despite the current heatwave we are experiencing and with the house being rather hot. The pricing is extremely reasonable and very good compared to the typical Google estimates and you receive an invoice detailing exactly what they did at the end. Overall I'm definitely especially satisfied with their work and help.

  Leaking taps and washing machine

  Reggie turned up promptly and in no time at all had fixed a washing machine leak and a leaking tap. I have used Earth Plumbing on numerous occasions and would not go anywhere else.

  Leaking radiator valve

  I requested a plumber to repair/replace a leaking radiator valve. The company were in touch very quickly, provided a quote and booked in the job within the hour. The company were on time for the appointment and started work straight away. On inspection it turned out to be a bigger job than initially thought, but they didnt complain or make an issue, they found a solution and got it fully repaired, and cleaned up afterwards. This company went above and beyond, they really went the extra mile, and were professional, friendly and efficient. Will definitely use again!
