A leak in kitchen ceiling, landed here at Earth, called, spoke to Reggie who said he would be with me next day, no water evidence in bathroom at that time and to call him anytime if it got worse before that, it did and he was here in 45 mins, 7pm, he investigated cleanly and very efficiently considering the amount of work involved, massive problem potentially if he hadn't come, he released pressure in ceiling to let the potential collapse drain over night, showed me everything that had caused the problem and told me he would be back the next morning, he was, his costs were clear, no nonsense, he and his colleague worked calmly and professionaly and replaced all the 'mess' piping up there, even had to go through the airing cupboard and when they left you would think nothing had happened! no mess, everything back in place, stunned, I simply can't rate these guys highly enough or thank them enough that's professional!!✨️

Excellent communication, work and finish. From initial advice, fair quote and work through to completion, they skilfully adapted a difficult small space into an accessible loo with added shower space. Always on time, helpful and tidy. Delighted with result and very happy to recommend - Thank you !
