  Most impressed!

  The Management of this company converted an old Victorian house into 5 luxury high end flats about 7 years ago. I bought one of the flats and today contacted them to ask of the make of a couple of items that need replacing (related to domestic accidents). My query was replied to and resolved within a few minutes. I was most impressed given the length of time since the building was converted and would have no hesitation in recommending this builder

  Removal of a shower and making good & finishing the space.

  Michael and his team were very efficient, the work was of high quality and they rectified any issues arising rapidly. They even filled and repainted a hole in the room on the opposite wall without us asking them too! (thanks guys!!) I recommend EAA II Projects wholeheartedly to anyone conducting renovation work! Thanks Michael!!

  Hole in the ceiling

  Started off with fixing a section of the ceiling coming down due to a leak..however the team was ablento highlight issues which would have caused me more issues in the long run. It was explained fully and options were given, working with my budget. The end result was far more than what I expected with the ceiling looking like normal and a bath room that looks like a hotel bathroom
