  Construction project as it should be.

  Michael and his team provided an excellent renovation service for our bathroom and deep cleaning for our patio fence and slabs. They arrived on time, completed the work on schedule and on budget. The project was carried out according to the design plans. The team was respectful, polite and easy to communicate with. They consulted with us regarding any decision that was needed to be made on the spot. All building waste was cleared and handled by the team before they left. I would definitely work with them again and strongly recommend their services to others.

  Good quality job

  EAA IL Projects LTD did a full renovation of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. From the start, they were easy to work with and provided a very reasonable quote. We chose and ordered the materials ourselves, and they handled all the work and coordination. The project included a new kitchen, boiler relocation, flooring, circuit board, radiators, full bathrooms, electrics, painting, doors, and installation of white goods and furniture. Everything was completed to a high standard and the flat now looks brand new. Communication was great through

  The Management of this company converted an old Victorian house into 5 luxury high end flats about 7 years ago. I bought one of the flats and today contacted them to ask of the make of a couple of items that need replacing (related to domestic accidents). My query was replied to and resolved within a few minutes. I was most impressed given the length of time since the building was converted and would have no hesitation in recommending this builder
