Michael was very easy to communicate with and arranged for the necessary tradesmen to complete the job. Worked through what needed to Be fine and left the property clean.

The Damp report was very thorough and included enough photos to get the understanding. A few repairs were suggested: repair of a leaked pipe outside and painting of a wall with damp prevention paint. Installing air bricks in 3 walls and adding a damp extractor in the bathroom. The work has been done in good time. Communication with the manager was good. We need more time to assess the efficiency of the steps taken in damp and mould prevention.

Michael’s team renovated my kitchen from start to finish - underfloor heating with tiles, painting, electrics, installing new cabinets and integrated appliances. They also made a bespoke shelving system for my living room with hidden storage. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the overall communication. Everything was done on time and without extra costs. Since then, I’ve asked them to sand my old floor and stairs, add sockets to my garden, install lights and some other additional jobs. They have been very helpful and I would not hesitate to hire Michael and his team again.
