Michael and his team were very efficient, the work was of high quality and they rectified any issues arising rapidly. They even filled and repainted a hole in the room on the opposite wall without us asking them too! (thanks guys!!) I recommend EAA II Projects wholeheartedly to anyone conducting renovation work! Started off with fixing a section of the ceiling coming down due to a leak..however the team was ablento highlight issues which would have caused me more issues in the long run. It was explained fully and options were given, working with my budget. The end result was far more than what I expected with the ceiling looking like normal and a bath room that looks like a hotel bathroom

We have a side return extension done a few years back and observes some small dampness and water ingress on the corner. Asked for 3 quotes - one via photos only and 2 with site visits. We went for Eaa II Projects, not because they are the cheapest but they explained clearly the reason for the problem and how to treat it. Happy with the delivery so far but mind you, the true test is when it rains .. so i will update after a few months.

Able to complete job quickly, great price and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.
