Job location: BR5Plumber was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Polite, patient, courteous, hard working and professional. He knew his 'stuff'. My rate of 8 for timekeeping was not a reflection on him personally. It was that it took a while for a revisit to complete the process. Honestly. I could not fault the engineer.
