Dyno engineers have visited my property a few times, but the last engineer was outstanding. He was professional, arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, fixed it efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent service, really impressed!

Engineer changed the tops of both my kitchen sink taps due to them dripping, he was very friendly, explained to me what he was doing & was happy to answer my questions in a easy to understand way

I had a nightmare, huge leak under my house that no one could appear to sort! The minute I contacted these guys, their response and service was impeccable! Initially an assessor was sent who then activated their leak specialist detection team. I was booked in for 4 weeks time yet they called in 2 days with a cancellation app. Liam Sloan arrived and he was absolutely fantastic! He quickly found the leak and knew exactly what he needed to do to solve it! His professionalism, skill and workmanship was outstanding! He sorted in a day what others could not in MONTHS! Absolutely fantastic service!!!

Had a bad leak at the mains stopcock, got an emergency appointment which was any time in the next 12 hours, however Michael rang within 10 minutes & turned up 15 minutes later. Even more impressive to me was his opening line, rather than something that would put the fear of goodness knows what into me he said 'no problem, we'll get it sorted quickly', & he did! No fuss, no head scratching, no mess, no mystery. To say I was pleased & relieved is an understatement. Very highly recommended.

We had Dyno fix our leaking cistern through British Gas which we have their insurance cover. The good things are they ring you when they’re on route to your house and are very polite. Good workmen very tidy. We were pleased with the job he did. The think I didn’t like was the all day call out between 8am and 6pm morning or afternoon would be much better. I was lucky they came in the morning.
