Amazing service , appointment given in timely fashion , on the day appointment agreed to ensure I was still free, arrived on time , very professional & knowledgeable, great communication skills , made sure I was happy before leaving .

Lance was very good explained what was needed and got the work done quickly and efficiently very friendly and chatty as well .

Plumber was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Polite, patient, courteous, hard working and professional. He knew his 'stuff'. My rate of 8 for timekeeping was not a reflection on him personally. It was that it took a while for a revisit to complete the process. Honestly. I could not fault the engineer. Kudos to Mr R

Repaired a pipe leak under the sink by replacing the whole connection. Really pleased with the work done.

Arrived on time. Had correct parts. Tidy, quick, less than 30 minutes start to finish. Polite and courteous.
