Had some new windows installed done by them, the work was done pretty well and looks nice. However there were some minor adjustments to be made, he has been contacted countless times, and just makes false promises about coming to fix these minor issues which wouldn’t even take 10 minutes to fix. We’ve been waiting 4 months for these small issues to be corrected and there is still no hope that he will come. Extremely disappointed and frustrating. Regret paying the full amount because now I can’t get hold of him. Either he doesn’t pick up the call or I get a call back with false promises & lies.

I had a bathroom window with condensation in. I contacted Dynasty windows. Within 24 hours I had a quote, they had seen the job and also come back out and replaced the window. Great service, thank you.

Smart and his team were fast, friendly and very reliable. Communication was great and cost was very reasonable. They managed to track down a track that fits our old UPVC door, and they're a team I would consider for a future job to replace/update our windows and doors.
