  £80 Charge for No Work

  Unfortunately I did not have a good experience using this company's services. I was charged a hefty call out fee of £80 for no work whatsoever, even though I provided plenty of details about the job (changing the kitchen tap connector in order to install a pull out hose) and this was a booked job rather than an emergency. The two gentlemen that came to my house simply came in, looked at the tap for two minutes, said I needed to replace the full tap and that the parts I needed didn't exist in the UK, charged me £80 and left. I was very disappointed and will look elsewhere for services.
