4 Fit a valve in a tank

Very bad experience. Tradesman took 15 minutes maximum to replace a valve in a tank in my loft. Was told the valve cost £15 and was charged £175. The next morning I saw a huge brown wet patch on my bedroom ceiling. I called him back. He did return and fixed the issue that had caused the leak/stain.
