Very bad experience. Tradesman took 15 minutes maximum to replace a valve in a tank in my loft. Was told the valve cost £15 and was charged £175. The next morning I saw a huge brown wet patch on my bedroom ceiling. I called him back. He did return and fixed the issue that had caused the leak/stain. He did not offer to sort the stain or even apologise. Very rude. Took advantage of me, a recently widowed 87 year old.

Thank you for your feedback, I have discussed the price of the work with u prior to commencing any work which u agreed upon. The recall was not regarding our work yet we attended and rectified the issue free and explained the problem to u.
