Disappointing experience with D W glazing. I wanted to order a made-to-measure glass top for my coffee table. I even brought the table’s top to ensure exact measurements and left it with the shop. I was told the order would be ready in a week, but it arrived a month later. When I went to collect the glass top, it didn’t fit properly. Despite leaving the table top for precise measurements, the glass wobbled inside.To make matters worse, the shop owner damaged the table top.His excuse was that the shape of the glass top was “odd,” making it difficult to fit onto the table top. Derek gave me a quote in July which I accepted, then he strung me along all summer and autumn saying he was busy or blaming the weather. I finally gave up and got somebody else to do it. Poeple like him give other tradespeople a bad name.

He has messed me about for nearly two months with promises of a quote many times and a two week appointment slot of which he NEVER kept to. This company is very unprofessional, unreliable and would NOT recommend. He should not be on the register/member of Checkatrade and my bad experience of this company will be reported to Checkatrade. STEER CLEAR if you want a reliable job done. May 2024

Excellent service. Arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards and ensured the replacement pane was secure before leaving. Highly recommended.
