  My plumber was able to diagnose the source of the issue immediately and explain it to me. He instantly knew the resolution and repaired it on the visit. I can confirm the work was successful and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

  The job was replacing a leaky hot water cylinder in a rental property. D West & Sons called me to duscuss the job. Nobody else did that. The work was done quickly, with no mess. Derek tested the control system and identified that the cylinder thermostat was not working. He replaced it as part of the job. He also cleaned out the Magnaclean filter and made sure that all parts of the system were working and properly bled out before he was satisfied that it was all OK. From now on, I'll use D West & Sons for all our plumbing work.

  Derek was friendly, efficient, and honestly made the whole process as smooth as possible. The quality of work is great and I’m pretty certain that I now have a “go-to” plumber for all future needs.   Replacement shower valve sorted

  We had a great experience with D West & Sons, dealing with replacing a faulty shower valve, in less than ideal circumstances due to the configuration of our plumbing. Derek took the time to assess and discuss our situation, and what was needed, agree an approach, and then get the job done, ultimately leaving our plumbing in a better configuration to make things easier for the next job we need doing. We're delighted with the result. Fantastic company, highly recommended. We will be using them again.
