We had a great experience with D West & Sons, dealing with replacing a faulty shower valve, in less than ideal circumstances due to the configuration of our plumbing. Derek took the time to assess and discuss our situation, and what was needed, agree an approach, and then get the job done, ultimately leaving our plumbing in a better configuration to make things easier for the next job we need doing.
