An amazingly quick response to an emergency where the hot tap had broken leaving water gushing out the top. Great problem solving and a quick response to fitting a new sink and taps a few days later.

Derek was great, he knew very quickly the problem. He talk everything over with us explaining what he was doing to fix the problem. We asked him to service the boiler at the same time, nothing was an issue. We will have him back to do some bathroom work.
