We had a great experience with D West & Sons, dealing with replacing a faulty shower valve, in less than ideal circumstances due to the configuration of our plumbing. Derek took the time to assess and discuss our situation, and what was needed, agree an approach, and then get the job done, ultimately leaving our plumbing in a better configuration to make things easier for the next job we need doing. We're delighted with the result. Fantastic company, highly recommended. We will be using them again.

We had an issue with condensor pipe coming out of the boiler. Derek arrived and fixed this issue professionally and quickly. A friendly approach.

Good service, tradesman came around to actually view the part so that the correct one could be ordered. Once available, the job was completed promptly on the day I was available, and is now all satisfactory.
