    The lads did a fabulous job of a flat roof felt replacement. From my first phone call to completion of the job this was a first rate experience. Brian always responded to my phone calls and messages immediately, something quite rare for tradesmen in my experience, highly recommend 👌

    The team at Dwelling did a great job. They arrived on time and worked really hard, keeping everywhere tidy and cleaning up after themselves. Brian was great at communicating. The whole team were friendly and kept me informed when they needed to ask questions. Really happy with the results

    Fantastic workmanship from this company. Reliable, Trustworthy, and communication was spot on. We were kept informed about all aspects of the roof , even shown photos of the job as it progressed. These guys never stopped only for short lunch. They cleaned up every night making sure pathway was clear for ourselves and neighbours. I would highly recommend this company.

    New Roof

    Brian and his team worked tirelessly to replace the roof and completed it in 3 and a half days . They cleaned up as they went along and kept everything as tidy as possible and all the neighbours were impressed at there speed and quality of of the job. I am very pleased with the new roof as it looks great and you can tell it’s a quality job and complements the house . I would have no hesitation in recommending Dwelling Roofing Ltd for any roofing work .

    Dwelling are the best builders that we've ever worked with. Very quick and easy communication from the beginning, quick to quote and fair pricing, and so professional throughout. They arrived at the right time and very quickly got on with the job, finishing very swiftly. They tidied all mess and were in and out within 3.5 days which is incredible for a large house.
