Contacted Brian for a quotation to replace two broken roof tiles which was provided the same day. Had the job booked in the following day and was informed that it would be sorted asap. I was then contacted by one of his team two days later to confirm if it was ok to visit and carry out the work. They arrived within the time specified and carried out the work quickly and without fuss. I have used this company previously to repair my garage roof a couple of years ago which was leaking and they will be my go to again in the future if further work is required.

We had to have a full roof replacement for our new home. The Dwelling Roofing team did a terrific job, and were always professional, courteous, and as undisruptive as possible, which was great as both me and my wife work from home. We went to this company because they were local and the reviews were very good. Obtained a quote for a full replacement roof which we considered very acceptable. Despite some bad weather and the loss of almost a days work,Brian and the squad got cracking and finished the job in just over a couple of days. The team were very polite and approachable and it installed into us a sense of confidence that we were getting a good installation. I have used Dwelling Roofing for years on my own and a rented propane that tells you just how good they are. I noticed damp in the spare bedroom and contacted Brian straight away. He came the next day to have a look and found the chimney had no plaster just moss between the bricks. It’s an old house and the fireplace for that chimney hadn’t been used for decades. We decided to remove the chimney rather than repoint. Brian came and the chimney was removed and new tiles fitted. It looks great, you would never know a chimney had been there. All rubbish was taken away and everything tidy.
