  Problem recurred in 3 months, and now want online prepayment before his second visit

  Was a pleasant experience 3 months ago when our dishwasher was fixed (pressure switch issue). However the problem has now recurred. Got in touch with the engineer who is only pushing for a prepayment even before his second visit. It's not an old machine so it's not a money pit for repairmen (yet) but surprised that the issue recurred that quickly and secondly refusal to come without an online prepayment is dodgy.

  I had Duofix Appliance Engineers over today and could not fault their service. I only enquired this morning and they were here by 1pm and the job was completed by 3pm. Amazing customer service would 10000% recommend. Thank you!

  Dishwasher (non) repair

  After a decent start it went downhill. A long story but if you want a company that doesn’t reply to texts or message when they say they would and you spend time chasing them, a company that doesn’t turn up on time and doesn’t message to say they are running hours late so you waste your time waiting in and a company that ghosts you when the repair doesn’t work… then these are the guys for you.

  Washing machine repair

  There was an error with the washing machine machine. Adrian came and spotted it right away and explains the root of causing the error. He then preformed a thorough inspection of the other appliances cleaned the one that needed it and advised accordingly. He left all tidy and clean. Excellent and professional service!
