  Initial call was due to the washing machine. He was very efficient and kindly looked at all our other appliances and offered advice on how to maintain these for longevity (which was welcomed). Highly recommend

  Old LG Fridge freezer stopped cooling/freezing

  Marcel from Duofix contacted me quickly after I posted the job . My 24-year-old LG American-style fridge freezer had stopped cooling, and I thought I'd need to buy a new one due to potential difficulty in finding parts. Though he had not seen my model before, he checked it thoroughly, gave welcomed advice on upkeep of other appliances and managed to fix the fridge freezer. Given the age of the appliance, I’m not sure anyone else would have persevered to find the problem and the skill to complete the job. Duofix get my highest recommendation and thanks for a first class job.

  HONESTY, TRANSPARENT AND EFFICIENT

  Adrian was quick to respond and undertake the work. He was very honest and also provided extra recommendations for how we can better take care of our appliances. The main thing that i appreciated was his customer service, communication and honesty. I will greatly recommend him. He knows his craft. I would request for him again. He is amazing. # BTW... FRIDGE IS WORKING AMAZINGLY. THANKS TO HIM.
