10 Good, quick, efficient and friendly

Previous firm who dealt with our alarm system for years, was bought out by ADT. Disaster! After two really frustrating years, transferred to Dunelm Security Systems. Have now had DSS since 2022. It's the second time I've used Dunelm Security Systems this year and as with the first time they are still first class. From speaking to James and receiving a quote to Craig turning up spot on time to carry out the installation, no fault could be found at all. Craig proved yet again to be extremely confident and diligent, being so friendly he's easy to talk to and is more than happy to answer any questions (he loves his coffee!). Alarm serviced by this company and we requested info on new security cameras. Today cameras fitted, working really well with little disruption. David from Dunelm Security Systems arrived on time to fit a new House Alarm system today. He went about his work immediately having explained what he would be doing. He kept us informed at all stages and took great care in avoiding any mess. The job was completed in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
