Friendly and professional from start to finish

Excellent service from Dunelm Security Systems from the initial quote to installation. CCTV system fitted alongside doorbell camera and a couple of smaller jobs. The engineers Craig and Atley were both very professional, polite and friendly, the work was carried out to a high standard and systems were well explained after install.

Installation of CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems into church. Both engineers (Ben for alarm, Craig for CCTV) were efficient, friendly, and able to answer all our queries in a clear manner. They always acted with consideration that they were on church premises. Job booked for four days, completed in under three. Absolutely excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Recommended by another professional, the engineers attended on the day, explained what they were going to do, treated our house with respect, cleaned up any debris on the system was left in working order and very happy with the work undertaken

I had work carried out in my home by Craig from Dunelm Security Systems on 10/11/25. Craig arrived very promptly and was extremely polite and professional throughout his visit. He had a nice, friendly manner so we found him very approachable and easy to chat to. He answered all our queries in full (there were a few!) and with patience so, by the time he left, we were fairly knowledgeable as to how the CCTV system worked. The quality of the goods supplied by Dunelm were excellent and the prices very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dunelm to family and friends!

Previous firm who dealt with our alarm system for years, was bought out by ADT. Disaster! After two really frustrating years, transferred to Dunelm Security Systems. Have now had DSS since 2022. All the contact I've now had has been good, quick, efficient and friendly. near neighbour, also experiencing problems with ADT is delighted to have transferred to DSS on my recommendation.
