  Excellent business

  Recently I had a double glazed window which I was unable to open. Having used Duchy recently for another issue I gave them a call to enquire if it was possible to get it open or would I need to purchase a replacement window. They arranged for a very experienced engineer to visit. He was very professional and managed to get the window open and able to fit a new mechanism. Again, I would highly recommend Duchy an excellent company. Thank you.

  From start to finish Duchy Ltd made the process of having new windows simple and efficient. We visited the showroom and decided on the type of windows we wanted, the Estimator arrived a few days later and sent us the price of replacing 35 sash windows in UPVC. A few days later the surveyor arrived to undertake the detailed measurements and then within 5 weeks our windows were ready for installation. The two installers were polite, friendly and efficient, making the whole process painless. I would highly recommend Duchy Ltd for new windows and doors as these were replaced a couple of years ag

  Quick, professional and friendly service at a reasonable price

  I had a blown double glazing panel that needed replacing. I found Duchy as they were local. They came and measured the next day, and I had a quote back to me very quickly. Following that my panel was ordered and fitted within about a week. Staff were all friendly and professional and the price was reasonable. Overall I was very pleased with the service and I’ll be a returning customer.

  Excellent product snd service throughout

  We received a fast response to our request for a quote and the estimator, Martyn, was extremely helpful when he visited. He provided us with a clear quote to the exact specification requested and no pressure was applied to push us into making a quick decision. After we ordered a door and paid the deposit, we had a further visit from the surveyor to finalise the measurements and place the order. We were given an approximate fitting date which was adhered to and the installation by Nathan on the day was efficient and problem free with all left tidy. An excellent product and service.

  Full UPVc Replacement

  We would highly recommend this company as their saleperson was only interested in fulfilling our requirements and not pushing for pricier options, add-ons etc. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The surveyor and fitters were prompt and very tidy. The whole process was very easy and trouble free, even when the fitters had an off-centre door panel sent to them from the manufacturer, the correct replacement was quickly organised and fitted.
