10 Great service from start to finish

We had a new door panel fitted to replace a cat flat from the previous owners. Contact via email was quick and straightforward to book in the work. Well deserved rating. We had excellent communication through Sales, Design, and Installation of a replacement large lounge window and entrance door. The fitters were punctual, pleasant, considerate and careful whilst working in our home. We would certainly use Duchy Ltd. again for future work. Duchy Ltd of Callington are proud of their reputation as quality installers & repairers of windows & doors, recognized by multiple repeat clients and customers recommending their friends & family.
This however this is only part of the story, as M.D. Bridget Rosen explains. "All of our fitters are employed & have worked for us for years. They have all recently been awarded NVQ3 qualifications following new laws requiring all fitters to be recognized as competent in their trades.
Most companies settled for the basic NVQ2 qualification but as our fitters had already passed this some years ago we decided to upgrade them all to NVQ3 the higher level"
Duchy Ltd is well known locally for it’s work but what is less well known is the size & quality of the showroom at their Callington premises. Recent upgrades has increased showroom space to some 3000 sq ft with Doors & windows all on display, as well as an impressive display of aluminium bi folds, lift & slide Patio doors for even bigger expanses, French doors & sliding Patio doors in Upvc .
Even more impressive is the new wall of colours displaying some 20 colours & foil finishes now available for windows & doors, plus Composite doors now available in an almost limitless range of colours to brighten up your home. MD. Bridget Rosen commented” most people don’t realize that windows can come in a range of colours and foil finishes. Since we started displaying the choices in the showroom sales of colours have tripled.
So if you would like windows or doors, in White or any one of up to 20 different colours or foil finishes pop along to Duchy Ltd and take a good look.
The showroom is open weekdays only between 7.30am and 4.30pm but closes early on a Friday at 2pm. It’s well worth a visit.
