Sam arrived ahead of schedule, and fitted the new bath and sink taps and flush handle, as well as replacing the flexible pipe connectors feeding them, one of which had split. All work was completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion, with no mess to clean up afterwards.

Good communication from Dale on initial consultation and Charlie who completed work. Work was completed quickly and without mess and so far seems effective. Was originally told at consultation that work would be done before Easter weekend but then told due to a lack of plumbers it would be week after. Then they called on day of fitting to say wrong pump had been ordered so a further 2 more days of delay to get right pump. So deadlines kept moving which was not ideal when you have no shower.

We had an appointment slot 08.30 - 10.00am. Dean who had been assigned the job was outside our property at 08.20am. Definitely punctual. He came into the house and before he brought any tools in, he laid down covers to protect the worktop and also the tiled floor next to the boiler. Using numerous tools he did a thorough service of the boiler and cleaned out the filter which collects anything metallic in the water. During his visit he answered any questions I asked. He was polite and he completed the entry into the service book. Excellent customer service.

DTS plumbing were fantastic, firstly with their quotes and communication. Then on the day of the fit Dave and his colleague came they were very knowledgeable, clean and gave excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Dale was helpful and always replied quickly to any questions. The fitters were considerate and polite, completed the work in the allocated time. They left the room tidy and the work carried out looks tidy and much better than the previous boiler that was removed .
